In Person Therapy

Welcome!

Living room with cream-colored sofa and green patterned pillows, a blue patterned rug, and wall art depicting farmland landscape.

I’m happy to offer in person sessions—there is something special about coming to a dedicated space for therapy, separate from the rest of your life.

My office is located in Highland, NY, just minutes from the Mid Hudson bridge and directly off of 9W making it easily accessible from areas across the Hudson Valley including Poughkeepsie, Hyde Park, New Paltz, Gardiner, Milton, Marlboro, and surrounding areas.

Waiting room with two blue armchairs, side table with a potted plant, and a white lamp. There is a window with sheer curtains and a painting of a landscape on the wall. The floor has a blue, patterned area rug.
A black dog lying on a beige quilted blanket, facing the camera, with a wicker tissue box, a pile of affirmation cards, and a cream knitted blanket nearby. Sunlight filters into the room through a window with sheer curtains.

What to Expect

My office is located on the second floor of a cozy Victorian building, and offers a calm, private setting designed with your comfort in mind. My hope is for you to feel at ease from the moment you arrive.

I’ll send you the exact address and information on how to find me once we confirm our first session. When you arrive, send me a text to let me know that you’re here, and you can take a seat in the waiting area outside of my office. Sessions are 50 minutes and begin promptly at your scheduled time.

Meet Juniper

Juni is my black Labrador Retriever and four-legged therapeutic partner. She has completed extensive training and obedience work to be able to join me at work as a therapy dog.

Juni is especially skilled at providing comfort during difficult moments, whether that looks like a calm presence across the room or some strategic couch snuggles. Her attendance is completely optional and something we will discuss before your first visit. Please let me know in advance if you have any allergies or a preference that she not be present.
